About me

I go after the cause, not the symptom

For more than ten years I have been leading IT projects and products: native iOS and Android apps, CMS and CRM systems and web platforms. I bridge product thinking with delivery discipline, working with teams of ten and more, budgets in the tens of millions and clients who need a partner they can rely on.

My strongest suits are logical, analytical thinking and attention to detail. In project management it is often the detail that decides whether a release lands cleanly. Lately I also bring AI tools into the everyday work of my teams.

From international event production to leading digital products. The roles that shaped how I work today.

  1. 2024 present

    IT Project & Product Manager

    Ticketportal / PLG · Prague

    Two parallel streams: a strategic programme for the parent company PLG (new portal, CMS rewrite, new umbrella backend, international Scrum team of 10+) and the next-generation CRM platform for sports clubs (team of 4 to 8, Kanban).

    Launched a brand-new CRM replacing the legacy system, with integrations to Firebase, Maileon, client databases and fan shops. The platform sends millions of e-mails and hundreds of thousands of push notifications a month, managed by clients themselves. I own the roadmap and prioritisation (MoSCoW, RICE) and bring AI tools into the team’s daily work.

  2. 2021 2024

    IT Project Manager

    Adastra · Prague

    Ran up to four parallel long-term custom development projects for MAFRA, Pluxee, Czech Railways and Zellebrate. Teams of 10+, budgets in the tens of millions CZK, full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks and vendors, and a day-to-day partner for client sponsors and senior management.

    Highlights: took over the Portmonka app in crisis and turned it into two years of growth; managed a four-app portfolio for Czech Railways and delivered a new internal employee app ahead of schedule and on budget, rolled out to the whole workforce in two weeks without incidents.

  3. 2010 2020

    Senior Event & Project Manager

    Blue & Green Event Agency · Prague

    Independently ran international projects, mostly for automotive clients, with individual budgets in the low single-digit millions of euros. In later years I moved to leading the agency’s digital products: registration platforms, conference apps and websites. That is where the road to IT project management began.
